Below is a small sampling of our daily offerings

Cannoli

Delicately fried pastry tubes filled with our famous blend of sweetened ricotta cheese, chocolate chips and hazelnuts.

Sfogliatelle

A delicate and crisp shell made of hundreds of layers of paper thin dough filled with a blend of ricotta cheese, semolina and candied citrus peel. A classic Neapolitan dessert and one of our specialties.

Baba au Rhum

A tender yeast sponge cake soaked with rum. Available with our without custard filling.

Pasticciotti

A baked custard pie originating from Puglia. Available in vanilla custard, or sweetened ricotta cheese.

Eclair

Our "European Style" are crisp tubes of Pâte à choux filled with our homemade vanilla custard and topped in rich chocolate ganache.

Apollo

Also known as a "lobster-tail" the Apollo is a combination of a sfogliatelle shell and eclair batter. The filling is a silky blend of our homemade vanilla custard and whipped cream.

Tiramisu

Layers of sweetened marscapone cheese and ladyfingers soaked in espresso and coffee liqueur. Topped with a dusting of rich Dutch cacao. Our Tiramisu is served in the traditional manner, as a dessert not a cake.

Fruit Tart

Tart shell filled with our homemade vanilla custard and topped with whipped cream, strawberries and peaches.

Ricotta Cake

Layers of Genoise Spongecake filled with our famous cannoli filling. Sweetened ricotta cheese, chocolate chips, and hazelnuts.

Rum Cake

Layers of Genoise Spongecake soaked in sweetened rum. Filled with layers of our homemade vanilla and chocolate custards.

Fruit&Whip Cake

Layers of Genoise Spongecake filled with layers of whipped cream strawberries and peaches.

Chocolate Cake

Layers of rich Devil's Foodcake filled with layers whipped cream and strawberries.
